The 37's will fit with a true 3" lift in the front if you're using stock wheels, and don't have fender flares, mud flaps, etc. I think the Carli springs give slightly more lift than Lorenz, and it's so close that it probably matters.
In the rear, it also varies. The Carlie full replacement leafs offset the centering pin just enough to be able to clear 37's when flexed; with the Lorenz, I had to add long travel air bags and traction bars to keep the rear axle centered enough to clear.
With stock wheels, I think you'll be okay. You MAY get minor rubbing on the control arms in front at full lock, and MAY get slight rubbing on the pinch weld seam at the rear of the front fender... each truck seems slightly different.
You can sometimes loosen the front fender bolts, and slide back slightly to gain enough clearance. Or, it doesn't take much cutting/shaping to get the little extra clearance if necessary.
In short, yes it will work with the stock wheels, and right 3" setup, but don't be surprised if very minor massaging is required either, as it's so close that each truck's tolerances make the difference.
