3GSK or 4GSK??

I can't decide. How much more RPM's do you get with each kit? I don't ever plan on running real high RPM's but it would be nice to know it is there just in case. I have 4:10 rear gears and the extra RPM's would be nice. What ya'll think?

The 3k kit has a little better bottom end. With 4. 10 gears I doubt this is a concern of yours.



Also, I think the 4k kit makes the throttle a little touchy.

If I decide on the 4gsk,does the valve springs that have to be installed have a negative effect on anything? I don't want to spend an extra $200 for the 4gsk and not feel as though I got my money's worth.

No, the 60lb valve springs don't hurt anything. If you ever put an exhaust brake on it, you should put in the heavier exhaust springs anyway. As far as the throttle being touchy, it can be, if the springs aren't adjusted right. I tried both, the 3K and 4K. I didn't notice too much difference in them, but with 4. 10's, I would go with the 4K.
