Being a retired OTR driver, riding on air suspension has been the norm for as long as I can remember. As long as the air system is kept dry, suspension troubles were few and far between.
Thinking of buying a leftover 2018 EcoDiesel 4x4 Limited, getting fantastic deal. Truck has the 4-Corner air suspension, which is what attracted me to this pickup.
Is the 4-Corner air suspension reliable nowadays or should I expect higher maintenance/failure rates since I live in Alaska? (freeze-thaw)
I'm sure the system is sealed to prevent moisture/contamination, but must have moisture drain?

I love my '03 dually, but it beats me up & doesn't get driven often, thought about installing similar 4-Corner air suspension

I have over sixty-five thousand miles have had Zero troubles, I like system makes easy to raise truck up too change the engine oil, as for the oil filter cartridge once $$$ deal.

That's too bad about poor reliability, wonder what's killing the systems?
I do have a garage to park in.

I think it's moisture related honestly.........Not positive as it's just second hand info I've got from the dealer. If I lived in the lower 48 I'd have air ride in a heart beat. They ride so well.

I had a dealership offering to install aftermarket 4-Corner air suspension on a EcoDiesel, told him I didn't need the headaches trying to obtain service at my local stealership.
I am disappointed the system isn't reliable in extreme cold/snowy climates, really wanted it.

We have had our first problem with the airsuspension. Of course that may be due to the fact that this is the first cold weather experience Ontsrio) for it since 2016 purchase. Warning message came up and aystem stopped operating last weekend. Found and replaced burnt out 40 amp fuse. Worked fine until this weekend. Will have to check fuse again but... anyone have recomendation for better compressor ? Replaced fuse again, again seems to work fine.

Just saw a post on facebook of someone wrapping the compressor in a battery blanket. Apparently has had some success among those who have tried it. Will pick up a battery blanket at Canadian Tire and give it a try.

Did the blanket wrap. So far seems to do the trick. Plug it in when temps drop overnight. No maintenance info on air suspension system. Cannot see anywhere to drain moisture from the system. Hate to thonk my tank is filling with water.
