add a PPE and you will be there Oo.

i can do that without having to do the injectors? how do i stack it with the pda? what sequence do i use?

yes you can make that power with stock injectors, the ppe is a downloader-- so down load your program then install your pda, call or pm if you need parts or help with your project Oo.

You will need more than the Info you will find Here at the TDR1 to make that Combo successful, Good Luck... .

the key word is successful, sure two boxes can make that power, but how about reliable power and consistent power----thats what he refering to, there is more to the equation Oo.

todd, i hope you understand that i was just answering a question and not putting a combo together----you should know that i dont half a** performance combos. :-laf

Needs!!

does anyone have any ideas?

Ahhhh! Needs and Wants! Ok, based on what you have and what you need two missing components imho is you need a built transmission w/billet or laminated flex plate. Then you need a real intercooler. Since your high on Banks,... theirs will do for sure as to make that kind of hp your boost pressures will be in excess of what your oem will hold with any longevity. :-laf

yeah i had plans for a suncoast transmission banks hiram and intercooler, but would it be safer to go with injectors or stacking a program? I am leaning towards the injectors myself with the sps 62 what do you guys think about that?

What to do

Just my $. 02, but I would say do the stack. Why? It is infinitely more adjustable. And 3rd gens are different as far as needs with injectors. Why do you think Don M, ... . I'd say a recognized guru of such things,... why do you think it has taken him a couple years now on his work and research to develop a 3rd gen injector that is better than what you have and an important issue here is the one's he's building for '03 and '04 trucks are 45hp units,. . I believe. Also the one's I'm running (Bosio are 45hp). I didn't consider that a coincidence. Sure there are those making bigger injectors but if you check it when you put on a bigger injector on the 3rd gen then you can't use near the power you were using from your box or stack and like I said the box and stack is infinitely more adjustable. It just depends where you want to go and if 525hp is your threshold you can sure do that without injectors.

what would you recommend stacking? I have heard that the PPE and the BDDL will stack with the PDA but i am not sure what else if anything. thanks again and yea i think 525 would be as big as i want to go hopefully that wouldnt be too big and end up breaking tons of stuff.

Someone help here!!

I really am not the one to tell you about Banks products and what they stack well with. I will tell you that there is a guy who is on this board frequently and who has a Banks products business in Minn. somewhere. Maybe someone else can help here as his site name escapes me right now. He is extremely knowledgeable on what works best with Banks. This is not to say others are not knowledgeable here,... it's just I happen to know of him. I hope someone will link you up with him.

i think i know who you are talking about Twest perhaps? Yah i should give him a call this week and see how hes doing. thanks

One of the guys I did some transmission work for, had a BDDL and a ts ramifier. A pretty potent combo. He runs the BDDL on the 130 all the time and then turns up the ramifier for fun. It isn't pretty when the ramifier is turned up, but it will run. I think he can run a low 13 in the quarter with that combo.
