Saw some on e-bay for $1500 new trans with aftermarket converter with billet cover. Will these work in a '99? How will it hold up? I am thinking it could be a low cost option for guys without real big power. Is the price on e-bay normal?

Thanks in advance

why skimp? Why not just build a 47RE the right way and be done with it? Save up for a few months, you'll be much happier in the end.

Oh, and who needs a billet cover? :D

Call DTT, they have answered a lot more stupid questions from me. :)

At least 325/610... . :-laf

I have talked to DTT and ill probably end up going that route. But..... $5000. 00 is a lot more than $1500. 00 so I wanted to ask around a little more :)
