48re transmission not shifting

I have a 2007 5.9 with a 48re transmission. My transfer case exploded after I fixed it my transmission feels like it is starting off in either second or third gear. I’ve replaced the transmission governor pressure sensor and the transmission speed sensor with no change. It is showing code p0713 and p0868. I’ve looked on the transmission lines and can’t find a transmission temp sensor. Anyone had this problem or know anyone that had this problem that can tell me what might be wrong with it
