I'm attempting a VERY ambitious project to say the least
1967 m715 I'm totally rebuilding from the ground up
I'm trying to rebuild it with a 4bt, dodge nv4500hd divorced np205 and a dana 60/14 bolt 4. 56 geared with a detroit in the rear out of a m1008 cucv truck.
and I'm running 1100x16 michelin xl tires (38. 7)
problems so far.
i really want to run air conditioning so it looks like on steve graham's site he has a/c capable motor mounts (for the sanden compressor to bolt to)? anyone know where to get these or are they 6bt mounts?, and it APPEARS the motor mount is set back on the motor farther????? no point in fabbing motor mounts now, only to have to cut them down later.
i have a 2wd nv4500 with the slip yoke rear end, and need to convert it to 2wd GM for length concerns. anyone know if i have to lose the syncro reverse? anyone have these parts used?
what are the two spring controlled levers on the rotary pump? upper was connected to the throttle, but the lower was not connected to anything.
ill need wiring help/suggestions later
also the thing was rebuilt in 92, and is cpl 858 and listed as 4bta, but no intercooler was on it
