When I hit a rough spot in the road in my 2011 4WD 2500 HD Crew I get that stupid ding sound and then my 4WD Service, ABS and Brake Warning lights all come on any ideas?

Check battery connections both ends also the crossover between both positive battery posts.

Discovered a broken wire going to the rear wheel speed sensor on the truck. Repaired and all is well no problems since repair over a month ago.

Glad to hear you found the problem. My 20q6 3500 was doing the same thing . Took the plug off the axle actuator cleaned it stuff it full of di electric grease and plugged it back in fixed.
