(EDIT: new wheels on with pics)

1,000,001 wheel post I know. :-laf I read all of them

I ordered a set of walkers with 6" backspacing (17x8. 5) and I am second guessing me decision of backspacing. I have fender flares and want the wheel to come out to the flare. I want it to look tough but not to wide. I have the options of 5. 5, 5. 75 or 6.

What to do. I have to change order first thing if I am ever going to change.

EDIT: new wheels are on.

17x8. 5 with 5. 75" of backspacing. Toyo MT 35x12. 5. I used 8oz of "Equal" tire balance sand per tire, and the ride so smooooooooooooth.

You are looking for 5" to put you out there. I have 4. 5" backspacing with 18x9. 5 wheels runing 13. 50's and I stick out about 2" past the fender, just about flush with my Extend-a-Flares.

5. 5" of bs of the options above if your going w/ fender flares (or if you got them). 6"bs is a tad more out than the stockers to give you a visual (perfect bs for people to clear the upper control arm from rubbing on the tires and still give a tucked look, but may be too tucked in w/ fender flares).

IMO the 5. 5 would look better. With the added width over stock, you have just 1" more which would match up nice with aftermarket flares.

If you have the thin PW flares then I vote the 5. 75

Can't wait to see a pic, is it this wheel-
