5.9 w/ Auto transmission no top end just dies

replaced fuel filter, changed oil, topped transmission fluid, replaced 94-98 Dodge 5.9L 12V Cummins Fuel Pre-heater/Strainer. Good power in lower end, doesn't like hills. HELP:{

No, just its get up and go, got up and went. Bogs down to 35 mph, finally gets to the top, the runs like a regular.

I think I am in the wrong thread, Laramie 2500 98 Dodge 5.9L 12V Cummins, Strait Bed. May be Turbo not working?

All I saw was 98, missed the 12V. That is entirely different troubleshooting process.

check for boost leaks?

-Plugged Air filter
-Boost leak
-AFC out of adjustment
-Overflow valve weak / low case pressure
-Weak governor springs
-Delivery valves
