Yep, evidently we are all on that lawyer's "mining list" in order to increase his fee which will be a large portion of the settlement. He'll get the chicken and the owners of "53" blocks will get the feathers.

Got mine... and shredded it. Agree with Bill S. above: have had similar from Visa regarding foreign exchange transactions, from Ford on a Ranger. The lawyers get it all. Anyway the 1999 Ram 2500 with the 53 block is sold after 175,000 miles and very little trouble.
