when I start out in the morning and make the 2-3 shift, it will grind but still somewhat easily slip into gear. After a few stop and go take offs and by the time the temp of the motor starts to register on the gauge everything in the trans gets lubed and it stops grinding. It just sarted doing this and I have already changed the syntorq once with the install of the fastcoolers and I only have about 12k miles on truck, (about 2 or 3k on syntorq change). Anyone have any insight on why it just started grinding?
