I have a crack in the oilpan on an 07. 5 6. 7 two wheel drive... can it be replaced by jacking up the engine. The only info I can find is people doing it on a 4x4... . I've got everything ready, but a little worried about raising the engine by jacking the harmonic balancer, i've done it on gas engines but not something this heavy... . if anyone has replaced the pan on a 2wd please respond... . thanks... tim

Pulling it out is no fun either. I would love to sit down with the engineer who designed the pkg :-{} Also be aware the pan is not strong enough to support the weight of the engine even using a 2x 6 to spread the
