transmission swap

First I must say I love Auto's. Dont be chicken just be poor (FROM SPENDING ON UPGRADES) Good job Gizmo, I saw your truck in readers rigs somwhere I liked it love that blue color. I had trouble just changing ny oil the first time:)
 
I'm finally back on the forums... work has been hectic :(. So far, the transmission's been holding GREAT! No problems. (of course my comp box hasn't been on since the swap :() I'm getting the itch, but I know I'd better not until I upgrade the transmission. After playing with the line pressure and shift points, I love it!!! Mid January all the DTT stuff is going in... YAHOO!



Yesterday morning on my way to work, a u-joint decided to take a dump :mad: :{. But that's another post.

Kris, I just wanted to make sure you got my complement for your great job! That was a gutsy move. Well done. There was a thread titled “Might have found a fix for hard shifting,” but those guys probably missed the jab of humor. :D It’s hard to find humor in a transmission (or oil) related thread (that’s an understatement) but I find them educational and entertaining (I’m not stirring any pots here guys!). Anyway, since you’re probably not reading the manual transmission threads :D (not nearly as lively, thank you very much), here’s the quote.
