Saw a 74 Adventurer 350 at Carlisle Pa this past summer for $2000. OR $2500that had a 440, trailer pkg, used to tow a 5er and was real clean inside and out. They are nice lookin trucks huh.

Thought has crossed my mind, time constraints, not having a 4BT laying around etc. has kept sorta original. I do have the parts to drop in a 435 4 speed, thats really what I wanted, an old fashioned tough and rough 4 speed. I have 2 bell housings, M/T steering column, all release system components, F/W got it all, clutch.

My son has shipped cars from Califoirnia to Connecticut several times on a car carrier. There are lots of independants that do this. He never had a problem.
