Good to hear that she's not rusting out in some field... . I think that I would stick with the 12v head and maybe have it ported, just keeping it simple. Otherwise you'll need new pistons, cam, custom high pressure lines, injector tweaks? and other misc. pieces. One thing for sure... . p-pumped 24v'ers definitely have a cool factor!
Came across a killer deal on APC seats through e-bay at $150 each shipped! Bought 5 for my project crew. Might also be a good time to line-x that cab interior! Maybe scrap the factory wiring and do an EZ-wire kit with some Auto meter gauges in dash? Your boy will be driving that beast in no time!
