Once I finaly get everything, I'll have it on the road in about 3 days, :-laf Shes Close I just wish I could afford to do the body and pain work now. I'm thinking two tone blue and silver what do you think? Was also thinking about black and silver but then I'd have to change the interior color.
I am not a fan of black at all. Especially in a rock chip, deer suicide region like Cascade County. The Blue and silver will dress it up just fine, talk with Dawna and Kenny about the body work, they have several good shops they deal with in Great Falls for trim accessory painting. I'm not sure if their son Jimmy is still painting or not, he has done excellent work for me before.
I heard that Tim at driveline services closed shop, so I am not up on the local preferred machinist anymore for driveline work these days. He was the best in town in my opinion. Excellent quality, quick turn around, and very affordable. (might be why he shut the shop down). he built an entire 2 section driveshaft for my 85 chevy crew cab repower for less than $400. 00 with nearly all new parts, all 1350 joints and/or heavier. He also built the driveline for my Volvo toterhome.
