2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 95 & 96 rear bumpers??

My son and I have a 95 & 96 CTD and we're both suffering from the dreaded rear end bumper rot. We are looking for a cheap affordable alternative to OEM. We don't have a weld shop nearby so we will have to buy manufactured. Any sugestions?? Thanks, Brian
