My guess for your bad mileage would be the over sized tires and your little tweaks. Maybe you're slamming something you could have prevented in the first place by not messing with a good thing. These trucks were designed to pull. I pull a steel horse trailer in the summer months and i can pull 15mpg with my mods, i use to get 20 mpg as a daily driver until I installed the BFG 315's, but i put them on my truck and I'm not complaining about my mileage.
