After you clean it do you oil the inlet {dirty} side or outlet {clean} side of the filter?

You would oil the inlet side-the side where the outside air hits. Don't over-do-it on the oil. If you put too much, it will run out and get all over everything.

never on the inside, could lend itself to being pulled of by the suction of the turbo. Nice thin coat on the outside and I let it dry over night to soak in good, and for the filter to dry out more if necessary.
