Is there any way to get a original copy of the images, the GLTDR image if wavey (sp) due to being on cloth and i cant copy that off.



Just a idea for shirts @ IRP we can do white with blue lettering "C" on the front and the GLTDR logo about 1' x1' on the back? Or bright lime green with black lettering (just to stick out in the crowd :-laf )

Ian has a point here. What are the plans thus far as far as IRP? How many guys you need and where? Shirt ideas? Decals? Web site info? Mabey a flyer to let guys know about GLTDR? Or TDR in general? When and where to meet up? What do yall think? ( other than I ask too many dang questions)

Ive got a nice 8'x 16' canopy for our "tent"

The aluminum diamondplate ballot box is 2'x2' is being made as we speak



Mark will the decals be to our doorsteps intime for the convoy to IRP?



Shirts- White with *cummins blue* 16"x16" gltdr logo on the back???

--Id like to get my TDR name on the front chest if the company can do so... . (anyone have a screenprint company? )



Do we have trophies made up or does eric McBride?

I doubt that shirts are even a option at this point. At least no one in my area would have them done in time if we ordered them today. I have talked with Chaz and he is going to be a IRP a day early to set stuff up. This not a job for one guy but we need some direction here or this is going to end up with everyone standing at the burnout contest because thats what they want to run. Can everyone chime in that is a GLTDR member and post if you are going to be at IRP, when and if you will work for a couple hours. This will help to see where we need to put people and give Chaz a little head start.

Are we going to be able to come in the VIP gate early so we dont have guys that should be parking trucks and stuff setting inline to get in? I know last year the line was a little long.

Yes, GLTDR is allowed 8 vendor/sponsor passes for the entirety of the event. Set up day is Friday June 23rd from 8-5 pm EDT. There is much to do for the show-n-shine. The area must be designated and signs must be displayed. Gate three is the Vendor/Sponsor gate and is opened from 8-11 am Saturday and Sunday.

I'll be there friday morning through sunday and can help out for a few hours if you guys need me. I'm usually pretty busy talking with people while I'm there but I'm willing to help out. I'm not current on dues but I'll pay them when I'm there.

Im in !!! I will work Saturday morning from 9-Noon or so. As far as where, Im willing to work SNS or truck parking. Hell, Ill drive a shuttle bus for tips if needed. Im also willing to work Sunday morning from 10 till 1 or so. ( Id kinna like to sleep in a lil after Saturday night ... . LOL) :-laf



Again, put me where you need me. I honestly dont care. Not that " I dont care" it just doesnt matter very much to me as to where I can help out.
