ATTENTION GLTDR MEMBERS



If you are going to work IRP this year FOR SURE, Please PM me you Name, CELL phone number, and hours / day you can work. (Sat. 8-11,9-11 ect) I am putting together a list for Chaz so we can structure the event. It seems that most of us really don't care WHAT we are doing, just put us in where needed. IF YOU HAVE A PREFERENCE as to WHAT EVENT you MUST WORK, include that in the PM. I have spoke to several people today and have the list running. The plan is to meet Friday afternoon / evening (maybe at Days Inn as it seems that is where most are staying / or will be on Friday evening) and give SPECIFICS as what time to meet saturday,whats needed,whats expected,hours ect.

We have a GREAT LIST going here gentlemen! Thanks to ALL THOSE that signed up! Looks like there is a great group of guys here wanting to be a group,man up, and show what GLTDR is all about. Ok, now, WHERES THE REST OF THOSE VOLUNTEERS AT??? :-laf Remember, although a LOT of us signed up for 8-1, it doesnt HAVE to be that long. Even a couple of hours is extremely helpful.

Speaking of seeing how HUGE GLTDR can be, any thoughts on what to have at the "tent" for prospective members to look at. examples: Pictures of meets from Toledo,over at JDakin's, blown up or uhhh I dunno perhaps the "initation" process (see Holysmokes banner), what do yall think?

Other than announcing the winners for Show N Shine, not that Im aware of. The only other thing that I know of is the burn out competition;and thats on Sunday.



MEETING FOR ALL THOSE GLTDR MEMBERS THAT ARE WORKING WILL BE FRIDAY JUNE 23RD AT 4:00 PM IN THE LOBBY OF THE DAYS INN HOTEL. Is this ok with everyone? This is to see what needs done and which members are doing what. If for some reason you cant make it just let me know,I have your cell phone # and we can fill you in if need be.
