i am getting ready to upgrade the steering on my 97' to a "T" style from the "Y" style, i know i will loose the stock steering stablizer, and i would like to know if anybody knows of a aftermarket steering stabilizer kit that will work with the "T" style setup on a 97' aplication. i found a dual kit from skyjacker for the 97', but its with the "Y" setup, and i dont know if it will work with the "T" setup. i did a search on tdr, but didnt find anything that i was looking for. thanks for any info guys.

What does the stabilizer bracket on your axle look like? Is the type that a loop style shock end sits in and a bolt runs through it?

yes, but it sits above the steering links, because it is a 97', i didnt think would be able to reuse this location, is this possible, and just add a clamp to the drag link comming off the pitman arm? it would be tight, because of the short tie rod coming off the pitman arm, and the adjuster sleeve being right in the way to mount something. it would be better to mount something to the axle, and the lower tie rod assy, that connects both wheels. some more food for thought.

ive been looking at that setup, but i'd feel alot better about buying the setup to have somebody say that they have the "T" setup, and are using the dual stabilizer kit from skyjacker. does anybody else have any input, or used another setup that has worked?
