My abs and brake light came on and a little while later my speedometer does not respond until it gets to 25 mph then it works fine. However when it gets back to 25 mph it drops to 0. My cruise control is working fine. Does anyone have an idea where I should start looking?

Start with the sensor on the rear diff, thats where the speedo signal comes from.

Might want to verify the diff is completely full of oil. The sensor does not like it when fluid level drops too low.

You start by cleaning the connector and making sure the abs sensor is seated correctly. It's on top of the rear diff.

It has been a while since I posted this reading but I believe if you unplug the sensor and put an ohm meter across the two terminals it should read about 1800 ohm's.

Not always that lucky. I had one yesterday ,pulled the sensor to inspect, found more than average amount of debris on the sensor, pulled the cover to find pieces of pinion and tone ring damaged
