Poor AC Airflow out of vents

Hi need help please. Today started truck and turn on ac and have fan speed at #3 on dial and airflow from dash vents is 20% of normal. More fan speed does not change it much at all. I hear a lot of air noise in the lower right passenger side behind glove box but can not feel any leaks or anything like that. That part is new sound that was not there before. If I switch from vents to floor to defrost that air flow will change BUT the volume of air in relation to the fan speed does not. Still same air noise in lower right. Any ideas where to start ?

Your recirculation door has broken off and is blocking air flow to the fan. Drop the fan, reach inside and pull it out . Then go to heater treater for a new door.

Thanks, I took the dash apart today and yes the door is broken off. As we are on the road traveling I took safety wire and wired it up to the inside grill opening area. Have more airflow now than ever did. We do not use the recirculation setting as it makes to much noise. So for now it is fixed until I repair it with the Heater treater kit.
