this is a true incident, and unfortunately, IMO, too often the current mind set.
several unsupervised children were throwing rocks at each other at a local recreational facility. one of the children took a direct hit in the forehead, requiring a few stiches at the local ER.
The Father of the injured child was on the war path with the other parents and the facility operators for monetary damages. He seemd to assume it was everyone else's responsibilty to oversee and protect his childs welfare while he was busy doing other things.
This will proably end up in court, resulting in new laws, putting more restrictions for us to ensure our protection.
Whatever happend to accepting responsibilities for our actions?
