I have 1185 mi on the 03 and want to add a few things. Sticker shock starting to wear off!! Where do you suggest I could get a set of good mud flaps? Really dread buying sight unseen. Geno's has them for about $36 for rear or front. Has anyone tried the urethane headlight covers. My guess is that they will yellow in a hurry with this Utah climate. Will probably try the fender guards even though I will have to take off the Cummins hardware for the guards to clear!!! Not sure how that will come out. If anyone knows where to find the Fram oil plug, let me know. Also if anyone could recommend a good quality tailgate protector, would appreciate it. Think I need a rubber mat for the short bed. Sliding my old boat in didn't do the Rhino Liner any good. Left a couple of bare spots!!

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I got mine from Northwest Custom. Front and rear, high quality and custom made. He can put pretty much anything you want on them. I dont have mudflap specific pics but here's one you can get the idea. I like them cause there beefy and made very well. Jason at NW Custom is also the one who made and installed my custom 4inch exhaust.

Here's one more a little closer, the left flap says: Got Diesel? right one says: Got Power! The front ones are just ram heads. Hope the pics come out good enough to see.

These pictures are a little bigger in my gallery so you can click the link if a bigger picture will help.

Thanks Dhayden, nice looking mudflaps. I did have that kind of metal trim in mind. Guess Northwest doesn't have a web site. Do you have a phone number?

Take a look at kadenco or Duraflap on the net. Tough solid construction, no fly, and good thick stainless weights. This guy sells a great product but it takes forever to ship! A bit on the expensive side but what the hey, you just spent 40k why scrimp now:D

If the Fram oil plug you are refering to is the Sure Drain, you should be able to find it at Wal-Mart or Autozone, both places here had them for $13. The model you need is the SD-5. They work great, I had one on my old truck and put one on the new truck at the 1st oil change.
