Add in dash gauges on 2001?

Is there a way to add some gauges into the factory dash? I would like to add gauges for boost, exhaust temp, fuel pressure and oil pressure. I would rather have the gauges look stock and replacing the factory gages would be fine.

Seems quite short sighted. Most real trucks have a lot more gauges. I thought I saw something that allowed 2 additional gauges, but maybe that was for a FORD or Chevy truck.

autometer put out a trim bezel for some sports cars and the super duty. i called them about it and they told me the product was just released and they will re-evaluate how it is doing later this summer. at that time if it is selling they will eelease a full line including the Dodge Ram.

email them and let them know we want it. go to their home page and click on "contact us"

maybe if they know there are 6000+ people to order them they will release them sooner.

It would have to replace the existing gauges. The companies product looks very space aged...

I emailed them. I hope they are ready. I would also like to see what they have reviewd by TDR! I hate doing some things for the first time...

I may soon have a slt+ with the woodgrain dash. I emailed them and asked them about the woodgrain. BTW we lived in Tulsa when I was 15. Our company is building a foundry in Ardmore, OK.

An option I went with was to remove the cupholder unit completely and use the area to mount a center console that I made. This console holds three gauges, 6. 5 monitor, cup holders and gave me a place to mount my CB, handsfree phone and flashlight charger. Downside is that this design only works with auto. Should be able to do somthing similar for manuals depending upon space available.
