Adding Short Cuts to Quick Reply window

Steve is it possible to add the and the Hyperlink short cuts on the quick reply window beside the Bold ... ect...

We will be upgrading in the very near future to the newest version of vB. I definately won't be making any more changes to this version. I'll keep it in mind for when I get the new version on and get caught up with other changes.
