Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Adjusting Idle Again?

20k miles ago, I had a stalling issue and thought it was a bad injector pump, but you guys steered me to adjusting my idle up. Cheap fix, awesome! Well the truck is having similar symptoms again, and my idle is definitely low, so I am going to adjust it again. Is this frequent adjustment normal?

Yeah, it is. As the truck gets older the need to adjust the idle will not be as often.

I've had this same problem. It slowed down a bunch when I changed the overflow valve.

I've only had to readjust mine once. Could be that the jamb nut wasn't completely tight.
