I made my own eliminator pipe at work... just used 5. 50" aluminum pipe and turned it down on a lathe until it was 5. 25" (I think that's what it was). With the eliminator pipe and the removal of the silencer ring, and a 5" exhaust straight thru, the turbo is nice and loud... . I like it! But, if the TAG really shows benefits, then I can quiet it down some for performance
What I'm working on now is getting either the Scotty III or the Magnum Force PG7 and using two 4" 90 degree rubber elbows from www.turbonetics.com to make a complete intake system. This will get rid of the factory plumbing that goes from 4" to 5. 25" and back to 4" at the turbo inlet. Very easy to make, and should probably get rid of some theoretical screwy airflow... . maybe even get louder ??
