Has anyone else had to "persuade" the mount in place? Mine rubs against the shock bolt. If this is normal I'll adjust the mount, if not I'll return it for another.
Mine kinda sit on the top of the bolt, so I just added a piece of rubber hose over the bolt about a quarter of an inch above the top so it would be hitting rubber instead of medal.
I did the same thing as chuck3 did. I think it was 3/4 heater hose. I held the mount level and cut the length that was sufficient to hold the mount level. The hose went around the bolt on the shock. Hope this helps. Later... ... .
