Aftermarket exhaust w/ 04.5 Cat???

Anyone been thinking of, or better yet succeeded at, putting an aftermarket exhaust on their 04. 5 Cat exhaust system yet?



I've been thinking one could cut out the section of exhaust where the cat is supposed to go and place the cat in place of the removed section. What do ya'll think? Should I even bother?



Also does anyone know if the aeroturbine would work in an application such as this?



I only got my VON last week but I can't stop thinking about what I'd like to do once it gets here.

You will have a full 4" from turbo to tail so if it were me the only thing I would do is add a free flow muff.

I have heard an 04. 5 run and I'm thinking that stock muff is very restrictive.
