Competition Aftermarket Performance Enhancing Cams

I'm looking into an aftermarket cam for my 1998. 5 24 valve.

Of the companies offering which one would you recommend and why?

I want a wild set-up if that helps but don't want to have to use ether @ start up.....

Twin turboed engine - hot squirters - and heavily built full billet trans built for racing... ... .

I will also be having the cam selected coated... ... .

I'm really thinking of trying a F-1 stage 3 cam... . anyone tell me anything bout these cams from F-1?

stay away from regrinds, go with a newly ground cam or billet, you could go really wild if you would fly cut your pistons. i love my cam, i wish i would have gone wilder but my cam definately helped my 12v breathe. give doug a shout at ADT he pointed me in the direction i went, he has used multiple cams from dif companies.

F-1 supposedly uses new un-cut 8620 steel blanks no reground cam... ... . that's what I hear...

Why not talk with the Company that donated the engine in his truck. PDR would know what was installed and what it takes to install the cam. . Sam

I am pretty sure I know what was installed as well as what it takes to install the cam RacinDuallie knows how to get in touch with me if he wants to talk. By the way the engine was not "donated" not sure where you get your info but it is incorrect



I am very happy with my Piers stage three cam and I am at 728hp on Piers dyno that was with a comp box
