Aftermarket Stereo work with Wheel controls?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has or knows of aftermarket stereos that will function with the steering wheel mounted controls?

My brother-in-law looked into that a while back when he had a Jeep with the steering wheel controls. It is doable, but I think the selection of radios that will work is severly limited. Check with a good car stereo shop.
