I have the overloads and air bags as well. I ended up buying the Firestone brand because they have an application that fits with the overload springs. The brackets/ bags actually sit INSIDE of the frame rail, and not on top of the leaf springs. I got them from Summit Racing..... My 98. 5 took part #FIP2220. I carry a camper most of the time and run @50 lbs. in the bags. This brings the rear up so it sits about 1 to 2 inches off of the overloads. This way, when I hit a larger bump or corner hard, the overloads will come into play and assist the air bags. This works for me... .
