The MegaCab has always been available as a short bed dually. They've just redone the rear fenders to look more like the long bed duallies by getting rid of the bolt-on bubble-looking fender flares the MegaCab short bed duallies used previously.

What date did you place your order?
My Son and I ordered our trucks 12/2 they both have rear air. Salesman told my Son his truck won't be here until mid February. Not good since he told me from the order date it would be 6-8 weeks. 8 weeks will be 1/27. I have not asked about mine.

I'm guessing part of your delay was caused by the holidays. 12 days sitting...wow.... You would have thought that FCA and the dealer would have wanted that truck in your hands so they could have had those dollars for the 2014 year end close. I guess they are rolling in money with sales up over 20%.
So here's one for you guys. My dealer claims they have "hot tagged" my truck for expedited delivery. Has anyone every heard of such a program??? I have my doubts. We'll see.

Means nothing in my opinion. My dealer said mine was marked "Hot" also. You are @ the mercy of rail & truck companies. I had no problem letting a guy be home for the holidays with his family. But 16 days to go 300 miles is a little ridiculous. It's just part of the age we live now...or put up with!
So now that you have had the truck a week or so, what are your thoughts? Like trans? How's the power/responsiveness of the engine? Any dead pedal?
How's the uConnect system?
If they would make that truck in a long bed version..............I would be at the dealer ordering!

If you are talking about the op's truck I suggest you get your pants on and got to your Dealer and get a long bed crew dually with rear air ordered!
