Stab- can you post a pic of the rear leaf springs on your truck please? Are they the same as we've seen from the SRWs? With the 50% higher payload capacity I would imagine the rear leafs are more rigid. Horseman and I are debating this topic. thanks!

I know on my 05 there was only a 7% difference in overall spring rate from a 3500 SRW to DRW, for 501% increase in RAWR. That being said, I would expect the same exact suspension under the DRW with the supplemental air system.

The shocks limit the over-travel of the suspension. I've been lifting trucks with bags for over thirty years. All our other trucks have slight suspension lifts to expand even more when lifted. Never had a problem.
The sensor leveling arms were closely observed while lifting the first time.

Hope Bilstien has a replacement shock for the POS factory ones! Blistien's and bags made a huge difference in the ride on my 11 Dually.

A call to Geno's in order.

Thanks for the pics!

Befor you put thoes Bilstiens on I would put them side by side with the old one to make sure they are not at all longer then stock. Dont count on Geno's to make sure they will fit.

I will do that, thanks. But I have full faith in Geno's I have bought from them for many years. Always worth double checking!

It puts the max PSI in the bags so the chains don't come lose, it also raise it to the high point, Ground to body, anytime I lift My air Rams (1500s) I switch to TM. The 3500 may be the opposite, emptying the bags to sit on the jounce bumper inside the bag.

Nice Toys!

This transport mode is a bit useless for us. The only time I transport my is when it is broke and then I tie it down by the axles. They shold have a dump mode for hooking up a trailers. That will probably be on the 2016's after I get mine.

On second thought, when you switch to transport mode, does the rear of the truck drop and if it does is it enough to get under a ball? We had a 3/4 ton in here that did that. I don't know what mode he called it. Could this also be what the mode is ment for?
