I have both and work as intended. Carry a set of the lower priced in truck toolbox in case their needed for myself or helping a stranded motorist with changing a tire. I carry a cordless impact with a full impact socket set when on road trips. Better safe then sorry!

The reason why the newer vehicles that have electronic parking brake if you get out in neutral it automatically sets because someone got ran over. I think it might've been a FCA/Stellantis vehicle that rolled over someone in neutral.

My EcoD has this and it's a PITA to turn it off.

I guess it's so I don't run myself over.
