Alien Patrol Bumpers

has anyone else had issues with alien patrol. Ordered a front and rear bumper in november paid in full and still waiting. ship date has come and gone with no communication as to the status of the order. it has become increasingly difficult to contact them and have never had a return phone call with any answers during the entire process. just curious i saw the sticky at the top of this forum and wondered if anyone else was having issues. i like the product just wish the customer service was a little better. it's a lot of money to have paid for something i can't get any answers on?

does anybody have the "real" story on jim terry or whatever his real name is? it has been a week since i have had any communication with him so i did a little searching on the internet this evening. i found lots of posts on different forums about being scammed by him from bumpers to vehicles. i don't want to bash him with out cause but i have grown extremely nervous about ever getting any bumpers from him or getting my money back. i saw the posting on the 3rd gen forum but no one has posted any updated info. just curious if any member knows him personally or if anyone else has had poor deals with him in the past?

There was a recent "group buy" in the classifieds..... gonna look around. I'll check back.

My . 02. The group buy started in early Nov. and ended mid-Dec. In my mind it seems a bit unusual that you would offer a group buy right before you knew you were going to move because you know there will be some down time and unable to fill orders promptly. My guess is someone needed money for the move and Xmas w/o considering the customer.

I think there is was a thread a couple of weeks ago that they were in the process of moving to Colorado. They had some vehicle problem in the process. I'll see if I can find that thread

Go back and ask anyone in that old thread if they have STILL heard back and got their products..... Of course their credit cards were charged illegally over two months ago for product they still have no seen. Stay far away from ALien patrol!!!! Well the owner too..... once AP has to bad of name he will start another company.

Hi everyone, I bought a lunar-r bumper in december. I recieved it the other day and it looks awesome!! dropped it off at the body shop as i was in an accident and they were impressed. I've talked to both Jim and Sandy several times and emailed them. They have been great. I would definitly order from them again. From what i understand they just finished thier big move and are baack in production. i have pics from when i picked it up and will have more when it comes back from the body shop. i just don't know how to display them. if someone would let me know i'll put them up. thanks
