In our particular application, the EaO80 and the Donaldson Endurance Nanofiber oil filter (ELF 7349) are identical. The EaO80 is a ELF7349 with different label, otherwise identical and made by Donaldson for AMSOIL.

Personally I feel the Donaldson Endurance Nanofiber filters are a little better filtering and flowing than the Fleetguard Stratopore, but both are top end filters and I would be fine with either on my truck.

Not sure how important this is...

I ran the Donaldson Endurance a few years ago. The thing I noticed about it is the return holes were not as big as the Fleetguard's, or there may not have been as many. I dunno.

Here's some interesting facts on the Donaldson/Amsoil Nano-Fiber oil filters. Donaldson ELF-7349, Amsoil EaO-80.

As per Cummins specs on Oil Filters, they require 59. 5% Efficiency, Donaldson/Amsoil is 98. 7% Efficient@15 Micron, 50. 0% Efficient@7 Micron.

Capacity Spec. is 54g. Dodaldson/Amsoil is 124g.

Tested as per Cummins Spec. #10634.
