2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission angel eye halo lights

i have been looking at the halo angel eye projector lights for hid setups. ive found several styles of lenses that fit our truck but none are adjustable. im wondering if anybody has seen an adjustable setup? or has any info was to way they are not adjustable. i would like to put these on my truck, however, the people i have talked to say that the lighting is not good(using halogens) and that the fitment is lacking. anyone have any thoughts on these
