Another big safety recall?

More commonly known to the rest of the English speaking world as a "weld".

That was my initial thought!...but he said "wield" in his other post too. Didn't appear to be a typo at that point.

I like my truck but it just seems like all these recalls are a little excessive, maybe I'm wrong but it just seems for the money we pay for these vehicles there should be a little better quality control. It just gets frustrating

LOL!!! I got 2 recalls last week in the mail. Something about a weld, I guess the auto weld machine " Julio" in Satillio screwed up.. I'm sure no human was involved, but a program code. the wire issue etc too.

The air bag thing is a screw up. Scrap metal impaling you is not good. I think, even after investigating MANY a wreck as a COP,(retired long ago) air bags do help you from getting smashed into glass or the dash board. Yes, you have airbags ALL AROUND you in your car/truck. The wife was involved in a wreck and I think 5 air bags deployed. She was fine, but Geico was hating life paying for new bags.
