Kraut,the way I've always dealt with stuck drums is with Liquid Wrench to the studs then a few good whacks with a sledge hammer,they always have come off without damage.
Steve McDaniel also posted a trick I haven't tried,but sounds like it would work. Put the rear of your truck on stands remove the wheels,start the engine put it in gear then apply the brakes while the drums are spinning. I would think that if you did this in forward and reverse they would break free,it's just rust holding them on.
