another vgt holset, looks like he300 here on ebay



the compressor housing looks just like the housings on the 3rd gen engines. this one looks like it just needs power to actuate the turbo vgt part [servo motor mounted to the turbo] i am hoping the 05 dodges get this from the factory. and i am hoping aftermarket vgt's become a reality. i would love a he400 for my truck...

What are the holes around the compressor inlet for?

They look more like casting reinforcements to me.
