about 150k. Third injection pump. Second transmission. Second Torque converter and its been rebuilt once. second lift pump. New steering components top to bottom. Lsd is bad. transmission is failing 170k on it. A few seals here and there. 4x4 wont engage. And Im still hooked. I love her more than ever and dont plan on buying any other truck. I must admit I am a super dooper severe duty driver.
The only vehicle Ive ever owned that kept up with me was a 97 subaru legacy. It made it to 150k almost completely without any help. I did replace pads and rotors on occasion. $500 worth of seals and labor. I broke my sway bar while jumping it. My exwife totaled it for me around the time I was getting tired of the payments. Very considerate. I have my eye on the new Subaru SUS 6 cylinder making 220 hp but I think it might be too much power for the weight of the vehicle to make it practical on Ice.
