as im looking for a truck and looking for a body for it i was thinking maybe put the stock dually bed on the chassis cab while i figure out which flatbed i want ie dump and gooseneck, and room in front for dual stacks hehe. . any how will the daully bed fit a 139" chassis cab?. . are the frame rails higher so that body lines wouldn't match or something?. . i've seen em pretty cheap like $600-400 or so..... any ideas?... this would be temporary any how. .

thanks

It seems like I remember seeing the chassis cab has a longer wheelbase than a regular 3500. You may want to check a brochure, etc. (my memory isn't alwasy reliable).

The regular 3500 bed is not long enough. you will either have some frame stiking out the back or some room in between the front of the bed and the cab.
