I was wondering if anybody in California with a 12 valve truck may be thinking about an on board air system in the next six months or so. The reason I ask? I spoke with Brad Kilby of Onboardair about a mechanical system for the 12v trucks and he said as soon as he gets a 12v truck into the shop he'll most likely have something available. He has a 24v kit available now.
One of the 24v members recently posted about their new system from Onboardair and that got me researching. I thought 12 volt electrical systems were all that would ever be available, but maybe not. I would rather run a mechanical system. The heart of his kits are basically heavy brackets that enable a compressor to run off the belt. His 24v bracket relocates the alternator a bit. Anyway, he needs a 12v truck to do the R&D and I'm in Tennessee. If anybody's interested Kilby Enterprises is located in Burbank. PM me if you're interested. Thanks.
