I couldn't find an aero but there is an earls part # walt has a way of rethreading steel npt fittings down to 12x1. 5 but seems like overkill to me.

point is- if your spending the money on all these fittings and it does add up- instead of a slight increase going with the 6-an, go for a real increase by going with 8-an and get your moneys worth... ... ... ...

Too, bad that 12 x1. 5 adapter at the pump is the limiting factor. . That seems to be the smallest point of the entire system... I surprised we haven't seen, this fitting increased in size. . or maybe more than one feed line. . (someone probably has. . just not said anything) If you had the pump off this would be easy to drill and tap to NPT... or what ever your flavor...

Vaughn,

To be truth full here the ID of a -AN6 fitting is . 265 (slightly over 1/4") and the first 3 banjo eye ports from the LP to the filter are . 170 (slightly under 3/16ths). Couple the upgrade of . 265 ID from OEM . 170 with all straight fittings (no hard right angle banjos) and 90 degree "sweep" fittings for your turns and I would say you have made one HELL of an improvement on fuel flow for a truck that will see a moderate amount of modifications.

JMHO

True Walt. I was thinking 12v 'cause there are no banjos between the fuel tank and lift pump ;)
