Any other paintballers out there?

Thought I would check around and see who else likes to paintball out there. Me and my wife are planning on going to an event down in Oklahoma in Nov. She is going to watch, while I play, unfortunately none of my other friends paintball, so I thought I would see if there were anyone on here that might want to go too... . They put on scenarios that everyone participates in, this one being "Red Dawn", based on the movie. Basically a reenactment with real guns( loaded with paint) They also have done D-Day and Black Hawk Down reenactments. Never been to an organized paintball event, but this looks like alot of fun! Oo. Also, if you don't paintball, maybe there are some members in the Wyandotte, OK area that want to get together and grab a beer?

That actually looks like a lot of fun. I never traveled beyond the local paintball areas here in Orlando. The problem is I hate speedball and whiny speedballers. There are no tactics other than the more paint in the air the more likely you will hit somebody! So there is one field that has a woods ball course where we can have a little more fun. The (sponsored) speedballers whine when we destroy them everytime and mope back to their inflated barriers! Sorry about the whine. But that looks really cool. In the future I would entertain something like that. Can't swing any more trips this year. Have fun and if you remember let us know how it went.

Well, I leave this afternoon after work. I'll try to get some pictures, hopefully some are cool enought to bother posting on here, being my first paintball event, I'm not sure what to expect. Wish me luck!

I'm back and had a blast! I'm really sore too, but that will pass. Must say I'm definitely going to have to do this more
